Step off the patio into the infinity pool. Relax on a chaise lounge and sip margaritas. After watching the sunset from the patio or by the pool, cross the street and walk down the steps to Old Town and have dinner on Los Muertos Beach (5 - 7 minute walk). You might choose La Palapa, The El Dorado or maybe Daiquiri Dicks. There are many fine restaurants in PV that serve world famous cuisine and they are all within walking distance of Casa Vista Linda.
Continue down the beachfront to Ritmose Beach Club and the Blue Chairs Resort and listen to Jazz, or salsa, whatever is on the menu. Listen to the music and the lapping of the waves! We are in the perfect location to enjoy all of Puerto Vallarta and still have the luxury of quiet and privacy.
Our Kitchen has state of the art appliances, china, silverware, wine glasses, most staples and spices. Our bedrooms are comfy places to sleep or rest your head before heading out the next day for sightseeing or perhaps a canopy tour. Each master suites have king beds and beautiful bathrooms Two have jacuzzi tubs. The other bathroom, though smaller has a large walking shower. The whole condo is luxury, from the moment you walk in, to the down pillow you rest your head on at night and the marble floors under your slippered feet.
The decor was designed by Jorge Rubio of Terra Noble in a Mexican Indian motif, juxtaposed onto a modern Mexican architecture. Everything in the condo is of the highest quality. Our maid Eva, comes three times a week and we can arrange a cook for dining in, if you would like.
Puerto Vallarta awaits you. You won't be sorry if you choose to stay at Casa Vista Linda.

We live in Northern California and have one condo in Puerto Vallarta.
Linda Bruce purchased this condo in 2004
Puerto Vallarta is a charming mexican city. We chose this location because it is accessible to shops beach and restaurants and yet quiet.
Walking down to the Malecon for an early morning jog
Sit by the pool in the sun gaze out at the view
Cross the street get on a bus going south. Go to Linda Mar, Botanical Gardens or Mismaloya for the day.
Thank you so much for the use of your condo this past week. I know it
was a hassle for you when we were supposed to have the use of your time
share. Your condo is beautiful and the view is spectacular. We had a
wonderful time and will definitely return to Puerto Vallarta . Everyone was so
helpful and friendly. We even looked at some condos ourselves because we
were so impressed with the area. It was the perfect place for a true vacation.
There were so many things to do, but we felt rested when we got home
because it was a great place to do nothing also. We have to come back to go
to all of the restaurants that we missed. Thank you again. We will tell all of
our friends about your place. Joan Roda
I don't even know where to start with this review, that's how good it was! We were a group of 5 young guys (early 30s) who were looking for a relaxing, fun and pampered vacation... WE GOT IT.
We started off with a private VIP pickup from the airport with a well deserved Cerveza and then it got amazingly better once we arrived to the property. Up the elevator we go and that pool... pictures don't do it justice, it truly is amazing. Walk into the condo and it looks just like the pictures except feels much larger, 5 adults and we never once felt crowded. Alfredo the Property Manager went above and beyond to organize all the details and a private chef for us, after all we were there to vacation and not cook; Ariana was a great cook and we ate like Kings.
The only 1 thing I wish the kitchen had was an espresso machine, but the coffee machine sufficed and worked overtime for us.
We can't forget to mention Eva, the fantastic house cleaner.. she came over a few times during our stay and never once did she make us feel as if we were in her way. Her English is limited but hey... you're in a Spanish speaking country after all :)
As for the location; perfect! 50 pesos gets you from downtown to the condo. Walk straight down to the beach via the path directly across the highway from the property and you’re at the famous Blue Chairs resort (right on the ocean), enjoy the hike back up the hill, she’s a steep one. If you’ve never been to Puerto Vallarta this is a great place to be, the beach is full of amazing restaurants and if you like a little dancing and partying at night, the downtown offers that too. I have to say, if you go out late on the town, the street tacos at Super Mendozas Taco (I wish I could tell you the exact location they are) are the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life, find it, try it.
I CANNOT say anything bad about this property at all, it's exactly what you need for a relaxing and pampering vacation, the owner and Alfredo will make sure that everything is just right for you and your vacation.
Try this place out.. worth it! Trust me...
Our stay at Casa Vista Linda was beyond fantastic. When we first walked out of the elevator and into the pool grounds we were stunned. The view was amazing, the grounds immaculate, the pool cool and blue. You walk along a path that takes you to the front door of the condo. When we opened the door to the condo our jaws dropped. It was so beautiful!
The floors are marble, the counter tops granite. There is a recessed dome in the ceiling above the kitchen, arched hallways, recessed alcoves in the walls, and incredible textured paint. Every bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The views from the master bedroom are amazing. The bathrooms were all very big and beautiful. I've traveled all over the world and I have to say that Casa Vista Linda was by far the nicest place I've ever stayed in. We will definitely stay there again
Our two children absolutely loved the pool. The place came with lots of pool toys to keep them entertained. The pool is literally just a few steps from the front balcony. My wife and I could sit on the balcony and watch the kids play in the pool. The pool was refreshing and the infinity edge allowed you to be in the pool and look down into PV and Banderas Bay. Perfect.
The housekeeper Eva was an amazing lady. It was a joy to see her everytime she came to clean up after us and keep the place looking nice. She came just about every other day so therefore the condo was always clean and fresh. We also met her niece Irma who babysat our children a couple times so we could do some grown up things. Irma was nice and spoke English well and was great with the kids. Both Alfredo's were very helpful as well.
The only complaint we had was the lousy internet service. The place was advertised as having high speed internet service and it was anything but. I was depending on it for running my business while I was in PV and my wife wanted to download some books and magazines to her iPad. It was impossible to have the internet working for more 5 minutes at a time. The modem would constantly cycle up, shut down, and cycle up again. It was impossible to get any work done and my wife was never able to download anything to read. We called Alfedo who told us we had to call Tellmex. My wife spent an hour on the phone with Telmex and never was able to get the issue resolved. Alfredo did come by and try to help but it was never fixed. It is my belief that the modem was bad but I may be wrong.
Besides that the condo was absolutely fantastic!!
When reviewing a great movie, restaurant or hotel it is very hard to get that same “over whelmed” feeling the second time around. However, I just visited this wonderful property for the second time and this time the sequel was better than the first visit! I thought nothing could equal the pleasure I had visiting this property last year. The property is beautifully designed and the décor is artistically presented to enhance the incredible views. The bedrooms are very large with beautifully appointed washrooms. I love to cook and the kitchen here is a chef’s dream. Two couples shared the condo and there was plenty of room for another couple. We would get up in the morning and have a coffee and our breakfast, looking over the infinity pool into the city and the gorgeous bay beyond. We would then walk into town (some of us who are in better shape also walked back to the condo) for our daily exercise and shop and have lunch. We always tried to get back to the condo early in the afternoon so we could jump into the pool. I found myself mesmerized by all of the different type of birds and foliage that are right at the condo. One day we were lucky enough to have a Chachalaca bird roost in the trees beside the condo. Pool side also provided great views of the bay and the coming and goings of the local “pirate ship” and huge ocean liners. The reason this year was better than last year was because we decided to stay for two weeks instead of one. We should have stayed for a month!! Do not hesitate to choose this property for your vacation. We all spend a great deal of money on our vacations and staying here is a guarantee of a wonderful time.
We've been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over 20 years and have stayed in every imaginable type of accommodation--from timeshares to all-inclusives, to boutique hotels and even other private properties, but this is SIMPLY THE BEST! It is quality in every aspect--from the construction that allows the windows to slide back into the walls creating a vast open expanse looking over the pool to the Bay of Banderas beyond to the artful decor and lighting and luxurious bedding and bath amenities. We shopped at the local markets for fresh ingredients and then enjoyed margaritas at poolside followed by simple dinners by candlelight as we watched glorious sunsets. We wandered the cobblestone lanes and explored our jungle surroundings. We trekked up and down the steps to the beach at least once a day to enjoy the shopping, restaurants and activities at Playa de Los Muertos. We swam in the warm, clean and lovely pool just steps from our patio. We slept to the music of the jungle. We lounged in the oversized rocking chairs facing the ocean. Linda and Bob have thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. They have provided a wonderful notebook full of recommendations for everything from taxis to tour guides, from restaurants to shopping, massage therapists to dentists--it's all there and we took advantage of lots of it. This condo is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood high on the hillside with a beautiful view, with easy access to the heart of Puerto Vallarta. You will not be disappointed!
Casa Vista Linda is absolutely gorgeous! Our group of 7 were comfortably accomodated for nine restful and relaxing days. This condo will take your breath away. The owners, Linda and Bob, have thought of everything. Every room is decorated beautifully...the beds are so comfy and each adjoining bath has it's own shower and top of the line fixtures. The kitchen is well-stocked along with state-of- the- art appliances. We decided to "eat in" a couple of evenings, preparing fresh red snapper and grilled shrimp purchased from a local fresh seafood shop.We also ventured "down the hill" to seek out the many great restaurants in PV. We had no problem walking downhill and usually hailed a cab for our return. The view is spectacular! You can see all the twinkling lights of Puerto Vallarta at night. The view from the heated infinity pool is also amazing!
The maid Eva, is such a delight. The condo and grounds are well-maintained and we felt very safe in our home away from home This was our second time at Casa Vista Linda and.we hope to return again soon.
Our family had the priveledge of staying at this property over the Christmas 2011 holiday break. The condo was first rate for comfort and location (quiet, safe & clean). The staff was superb, and Elba's fine Mexican cuisine would be hard to beat. There were many thoughtful touches provided (such as abundant local tourist info) that made it easy for the first-time visitor to the area to feel well-oriented. The condo administrator, Alfredo, spoke excellent English and was very courteous and helpful.
We had no difficulty accessing the property by taxi. The walk down the hill to the nearby Romantic Zone might be a challenge for those who have difficulty coping without sidewalks and streetlights, though. As an acive group of adults, we enjoyed exploring the windy cobbled streets of the charming hillside neighborhood and nearby Old Town. I would definitely recommend this as a luxurious holiday destination!
