DETAILED DESCRIPTION
This spacious studio is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared patio, yard and laundry.


This unique space was custom designed and decorated!


I always wanted a soaking tub long & deep enough to offer a satisfying soak... and this tub fits the bill at 67 inches long and water depth of 18 inches. It is a simple but eclectic space and I hope you enjoy.






*This 2 unit property, previously a single family home, consists of a main unit and a secondary suite. Some noise does travel from one unit to the other, as does the fragrance of aromatic cooking.




PARKING


There is one off street parking space for you, plus plenty of free street parking.






OUTDOOR SPACES (shared)


Covered patio with dining table, and additional chairs.


A portion of the backyard is fenced, there's a fire pit, benches, and an outdoor dining table inside the fenced area! It's a great area to hang with your dogs, dog waste bags are on site as well.


Dining table with chairs and umbrella in the front yard too.

AMENITIES


Kitchenware, linens and furniture are inspected between every guest. If we missed something let us know and we will get it replaced quickly.


Need more? Backups of everything (paper goods, soaps, linens) are on site if you need some extra.

We are Pet Friendly!
Pet fee $25

We are happy to consider additional pets, just ask! We do not have species, breed, or size restrictions.
Your pet will likely encounter other animals during they stay since this is a 2 unit property, so we cannot accommodate reactive or aggressive animals.
The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard! We charge $75 if there's poop left behind.
