Quaint Florida Mobile Home Rental, St. Petersburg, FLA

We just left after 5 weeks of fun in the sun. Enjoyed the backyard, BBQ and the bikes that Sharon and Todd so kindly provided for us. Beach not far and beach chairs and towels are there to use.
All the amenities listed are there, including band-aids, cold meds, headache remedies and anything you may not have with you. Lots of room in this mobile and the hosts are the best. Enjoyed watering the garden and watching the flowers bloom. Felt like spring at home in the cold north. Would recommend this rental. Thanks Sharon and Todd. We stopped in this place in April 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is in a great location close to the beaches and is really comfortable. The hosts Todd and Sharon were both great.

This mobile home is PERFECT for a St. Petersburg vacation spot. Close to everything. We went to the beach almost every single day and our drive time was about 15 minutes (we went down close to the big pink hotel...farther down). You have all manner of shopping a minute away. Every morning we went for a run at Seminole Park - only 5 minutes away. Easy to get on 275 to head to Tampa or Orlando. Close to Pinellas traile. Publix supermarket walking distance. This place has everything we needed. Good laundry room...a real plus if you go beaching daily. Owners even set up a palm Christmas tree with lights for us! (Thanks Todd and Sharon!). Quiet neighborhood...you'll be happy about that. My wife, daughter and I are going back...that's probably the best you can say about a rental. I loved the back patio with the grill. Good cigar smoking spot in the late afternoon sun! Good long hose...you can wash your car. Interestingly, the place is loaded with all the little things you would need to buy at Walmart...already there...soaps, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. Seems as though the place just collects these items from renters and it is a valuable hidden extra. TONS of towels. Bottom line? We could live here and be happy ever after. We wanted to have a "value" vacation...didn't need to be "on the beach" - this was just great. Bring your GPS...it will help you get around sidestreets quickly.
