This beautiful, newly-built, large home is in the heart of Wintergreen Resort! All furnishings are brand new, and the house is fully appointed with everything you'll need to be comfortable. The home features full laundry facilities and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two master bedrooms on the main level, and four additional bedrooms upstairs. Amenities include an electronic keyless entry, high-speed internet, a DVD, satellite TV in each room, a fireplace, front and back porches, a fenced-in yard -- the list goes on and on! This six-bedroom/4.5-bath home is great for large family retreats or corporate conferences.

Really Lovely Home: This house was lovingly built in 2004 and is warm and welcoming. You'll be pleased with the surrounding area, the quiet street, the fenced yard, and ample parking. The interior features leather furniture, ample seating, a stone fireplace, and lovely decor.

Wintergreen: Kierwelann is located in a quiet street in Wintergreen Resort, which is a beautiful 4-season resort on the Blue Rigde Mountains. There are so many activities for the whole family during every season. It's a great vacation spot! People are returning to Kierwelann with their families year after year because they know they will get reliable contact, service, and a nice clean place to enjoy their vacation. *Please note that Wintergreen has instituted a new policy in which tenants of private homes are not allowed to use the Wintergarden Pool/Spa Facilities or Lake Monocan.
