Therefore Living room and the kitchen will be, from time to time, shared with the owner. While she is not in London, she closes the single room and the second bath and leaves the rest of the flat (1 double room with 2 single beds, en-suite shower/WC + living room + kitchen) to the guest.
The rate is from £390 per week for Min 2 weeks for one person or £595.00 per week/ £85 per night for two.
For those who wish to have the full use of it, this flat is also available on self use base for £135 per day. Suitable for max 2 people . Not available for less then 7 days.

Very good transport, one minute to metro and buses. Close to all London attractions that include Kensington Palace, world famous Holland Park and Westfield shopping centre, Nothing Hill, Portobello, Kensington palace, Royal Albert Hall, all are in walking distance.

This is a flat for me to live in it. I did not intent to let it out. But, Since i started to work abroad, I thought it would be pity to keep such a nice flat empty.Therefore I let my flat from time to time.

I just love living here. Especially in Spring I enjoy the sherry blossoms in the road. I love being very close to all sort of transportation. Walking distance to all main London attractions and from high street shopping areas. I love being very close to Holland Park, Notting Hill Gate, Portobella, The royal Albert Hall etc all in walking distance. Every body who stayed here loved being in the flat and in the area. The last person, a German solicitor, came to live here for 2 month and stayed 11 month until she went back to Germany
The nearest Tube ( Metro) Olimpia is less then one minute walk away . If you walk to left from our house you reach to High Street Kensington within 2 minutes. You will see Hilton Olimpia on the left and Olimpia exhibition centre on the right. Hilton side of High Street Kensington takes you to Kensington, the other side to Hammer Smith area. There a stores and supermarket at both side and are 2 to 5 minutes walk. Also There are buses to every directions. The biggest Shopping Centre Westfield, located in White City/Shepherds Bush, is also 5 to 7 minutes walk away from us.
