Enjoy this two-bedroom/two-bath condo on the Gulf. Special features include a newly remodeled kitchen, two cable TVs. two phones, a VCR, DVD, a stereo/cassette system, beach chairs and towels, movies, games, and books. All you need to bring are your clothes and your suntan lotion! You'll love the fantastic, peaceful views of the Gulf, and the magnificent sunsets -- from the large balcony. There is a large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and a fitness center -- all in a gated community with beautiful landscaping, on the Gulf. There are 3.5 miles of extremely wide, white sandy beach for walking, running, shelling, bird-watching, and beachcombing. Boat rentals, parasailing, and jet-skiing are available along the beach. There is fishing, golf, airboat rides, swamp buggy rides, national parks, a dinner movie theater, live theater, and outdoor music concerts -- all in the area. There are outstanding restaurants with a variety of cuisines on the island.

Nearest Airport: Fort Meyers at 50 Miles
South Seas is a gated community with beautiful grounds, underground parking, a great tennis facility, wonderfully large heated pool, a workout room, all with great views of the Gulf. The beach is hard to beat, wide, soft sand, with terrific shelling. You would be hard put to find a better beach. Marco is still small enough you can ride your bike anywhere, spend casual time lounging on the beach or searching the many small shops in the area.
