3BR Golf-Course Vacation Rental Hilton Head Island, South Carolina USA

Our three-bedroom/2.5-bath villa is conveniently located in Palmetto Dunes-just a short walk from the beach. It is situated on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and very close to many others. Hilton Head Island is a golfer's 'dream come true'. Monday night FREE Golf clinic. Ask about custom club fitting. Experience an unforgettable vacation for the entire family--tennis, kayaking, horseback riding, Dolphin watch, etc. A FREE DUNE BUGGY service travels throughout Palmetto Dunes . Our home's living room has a sectional sofa, a desk, flat screen TV, DVD, and a stereo. The living room opens to the spacious deck. Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon is a great way to start the day. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a washer and dryer. The first-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed and a connecting bath. There is a flat screen television with DVD in the master bedroom. It offers access to the deck from its sliding door. First floor also has a powder room.

The second floor has two large bedrooms -- one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin-size beds. A bathroom connects the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a television and a DVD.

Monday nights not only have a FREE golf clinic and exhibition at 4:00 p.m. at the Jones course but it also is the night for tennis exhibition at 5:30 p.m at Palmetto Dunes Tennis. Enjoy FREE wine, beer or lemonade and watch the tennis pros play an exciting match.

There are three FREE adult bikes and one child bike to use to enjoy the fantastic bike trails throughout Palmetto Dunes.

Beach chairs are also available for you to enjoy.

Enjoy lunch and/or dinner at the Dunes House. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Stop by for a delicious meal, a refreahing drink and stunning views of Hilton Head Island's best beach.

Forgot your sunscreen or lip balm, etc., the Dunes House has a wide range of sundries.

Great villa and wonderful location

Wonderful villla and location

My family and I loved the villa. It is roomy and comfortable. The children loved the choice of pools, the golf path and Palmetto Dunes Buggy. A walk to the General Store in the morning was great for coffee and icee for the children. This is our second time at the villa and we enjoyed it more this time than the last. Great vacation -- looking forward to next year.
