This villa, named after our favorite town, had to be spectacular. With three bedrooms and two and one-half baths, its 1450 square feet are graced with such amenities as limestone floors, coffered ceilings and a gourmet kitchen. The decor features Mediterranean style and color with traditional furnishings and unique accents. Panoramic ocean views from the living areas provide the perfect backdrop for the local artwork which adorns the walls. A large private and shaded veranda with gas barbecue makes this villa ideal for up to eight persons to enjoy beach living at its finest. Other features include a gas fireplace, central air-conditioning and large flat screen television.

Art lovers paradise: Bordering on the Pacific Ocean, with sandy beaches, towering bluffs, rolling hills and majestic canyons, Laguna Beach has long attracted artists inspired by the sea. It was probably inevitable that it would eventually become known as an 'artist colony'. The interest of local artists in capturing the shifting California colors along the bays and cliffs produced a unique style that is now labeled 'California Impressionism'. A by-product is the community's many art galleries which now dot the town.
