We think it's the best of both worlds!: For those unfamiliar with Panama City Beach, it has the whitest, nicest, softest sand in the US. Our beach sand is so white and clean that it actually squeaks when you walk on it (no kidding!)!! And its crystal-clear gulf waters rival those of the Bahamas! Many know that Panama City Beach is almost two towns in one. 8-10 miles to the east is the party hot spot -- with arcades, goofy golf, go-carts, nightclubs and more. On the western part of the beach (known as the 'west end'), life is quieter and much less hectic. It's more of a family environment -- with quieter beaches and the upscale amenities of the new Pier Park. While the east-end is known for crowds and traffic, the west-end is known for its natural beauty and sunsets (and you should see the stars at night!). To emphasize, we are on the WEST-end. We are close enough to visit the hot spots, but not so close that you can't hear the sound of the surf at night.

It's the lap of luxury!: Just look at the photos! My goodness, what are you waiting for?! Celadon Beach Condos is a new complex, (May 2004); so you can enjoy all the features of the newest, nicest condo in the area with all the amenities and features you want, including two (yes, 2) swimming pools, jacuzzi, on site tennis and fitness center, private covered parking, even a kid's arcade game room! Bikinis and Trunks sleeps 6 - 8 persons, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, another king-size bed in the guest bedroom, twin bunks for the kids in the bunk room, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Everything is new; this is no old, 'beat-up' beach house. Amenities include 4 TVs, and VCRs, DVD player and CD players, and a selection of videos, CDs, puzzles, books, and games. One TV/VCR is in the kid's bunk room, so Mom and Dad can have some quiet time too! We also include full sets of linens, and towels, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, & beach toys.

Party at New Pier Park!!: And the views! Be sure to bring your camera for views and sunsets that will be the highlight of your vacation photo album! Decorated in a 'funky and fun,' bright Caribbean decor, this condo will have you feeling relaxed and on vacation from the moment you enter. It is fully appointed from kitchen to the master bedroom; so you'll want for nothing! And now you can enjoy the activities of Pier Park!! Now open, featuring Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville!! Enjoy a cool drink on the rooftop, while watching the waves roll in ... and enjoy a Cheeseburger in Paradise!! Also featuring the Back Porch Restaurant, an original Hofbrauhaus (from Munich, Germany!), Tootsie's Country Bar, Reggae J's (yummy!), art and souvenir shops, snacks, movies and much, MUCH more. Fun for all, with plenty of parking, and only a couple miles east of Celadon. Definitely worth a visit during your stay!

Golf: Golf at one of many beautiful local courses. Golf, Fishing, Water Parks, Shopping and many more activities are outlined in our Activities Guide in the condo. All just minutes away! Check out our Guide, or you can email us with questions. Snorkel or fish in crystal-clear waters right from our beach. Pompano, redfish, Spanish mackerel, bluefish, bonito, and more can be caught right in the surf. You can actually see the schools of fish from our deck! Our beaches are consistently rated among the best in the U.S. and for good reason. Brilliant white. Calm, clear waters. Smooth, soft sand. Gently sloping, shallow beaches. And an abundance of wildlife ranging from dolphin to manatee to sea turtles can all be seen from our decks! Additional activities include on-site lighted tennis, beachfront watersports (parasail, jetskis, and more!) and a workout room/gym. Our high standards are reflected by the high-thread count sheets we have on all our beds (a source of many Guestbook compliments). We also include an initial supply of paper and soap products, and much, much more! So all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.
