Almost two towns in one ...:
Our crystal-clear gulf waters really do rival the Bahamas! Our sand is so white and clean that it actually squeaks when you walk in it (seriously)!! Our beaches are consistently rated the best in the United States, and for good reason. Absolutely gorgeous, so bring your sunscreen!
Panama City Beach is almost two towns in one. 5-10 miles to the east is the party hot spot -- with arcades, goofy golf, go-carts, nightclubs and more. On the western part of the beach (known as the 'west end'), life is quieter and much less hectic. It's more of a family environment -- with quieter beaches and upscale amenities of the new Pier Park.
While the east-end is known for crowds and traffic, the west-end is known for its natural beauty and sunsets (and you should see the stars at night . . . to die for!). To emphasize, we are on the west-end. We are close enough to visit the hot spots, but not so close that you can't hear the sound of the surf at night.
We think it's the best of both worlds!:

Celadon Beach Condos is a new resort condo complex, (completed May 2004); so you can enjoy all the features of the newest, nicest condo in the area -- with all the amenities and features you want, including two (yes, 2) swimming pools, jacuzzi, on site tennis and fitness center, private covered parking ... even a kid's arcade game room!
'Fins to the Left!' sleeps four to six persons, with a king bed in the master, twin bunks for the kids, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Everything is new; this is no old, 'beat-up' beach house here. It's more like the lap of luxury!
And the views! Oh my goodness!! Be sure to bring your camera for views and sunsets that will be the highlight of your vacation photo album!
Decorated in a funky and fun, bright, Caribbean decor, you'll feel like you're on vacation as soon as you enter 'Fins to the Left!' The condo is fully appointed -- from the kitchen to the master bedroom.

Pier Park is now OPEN!! Fun for the whole family. Featuring Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville!! Enjoy a cool drink on the rooftop, while watching the waves roll in ... and enjoy a Cheeseburger in Paradise!! Also featuring the Back Porch Restaurant, an original Hofbrauhaus (from Munich, Germany!), Tootsie's Country Bar, Reggae J's Caribbean Restaurant (yummy!), art and souvenir shops, snacks, movies and much, MUCH more. Fun for all, with plenty of parking, and only a couple miles east of Celadon. Definitely worth a visit during your stay!
Or, simply relax and enjoy the beach. Beauty for as far as you can see. Our beaches are truly a treasure. Our clear-to-emerald-to-blue waters have to be seen to be believed!! Be sure to bring your camera. Calm, clear waters. Smooth, soft sand. Gently sloping, shallow beaches. And an abundance of wildlife ranging from dolphin to manatee to sea turtles can all be seen from our decks! Lots of fish, too!! Very fun for the kids!
