MOST RELAXING WEEK EVER!

My husband and I headed to the Kottage on our first ever trip to Bimini. After one day we never wanted to leave! The house is perfect for 2 and can fit 4 but if you are going there for the cottage, you are missing the point. As soon as you open the gate that gives you privacy, the most beautiful shades of blue ocean and beach are directly there in front of you. Being on the beach was very important to me and although there is a 'road' between the cottage and beach, it's barely wide enough for a car (most people have golf carts) and rarely used. Plus, you only walk about 20 steps start to finish.
Katt and Matt, along with the rest of the people of Bimini, are among the nicest people we've ever met. We didn't need much but if we did, they were there. EVERYTHING is close...that was a bonus! You can walk everywhere you 'need' to but can rent a golf cart, take a taxi or ride a bike if you want to explore or go farther. We walked to the marina and hopped on a boat to swim with the dolphins and snorkel on the 'road to Atlantis'. The entire side of the island where the cottage is located is lined with a gorgeous beach...we were the only people there most days all day.
Katt cautioned us that the food would be expensive but compared to Eleuthera and a few other islands, it was cheap. Actually, it wasn't much more than some places in the US! We had planned to cook but when we saw how inexpensive it was, we ate out instead. Bonus!
You will absolutely LOVE everything about Katt, Matt, the Kottage and Bimini. I really hate writing a good review because I don't want others to find out about it! We now want to return forever!
