Seal Rock is a short kayak adventure from the beach directly out front, many sea lions sun themselves here year round. They can be heard barking at night from our patio. For those who wish to explore beyond our lovely beaches, San Clemente offers many beautiful hiking and walking trails. Winters are mild and bring remarkable sunrises and sunsets and uncrowded beaches. April and May bring a profusion of yellow wildflowers to the hillsides above our beach. Nearby shops include everything you need plus swim wear, surf shops, Kinkos, post office, pharmacies, souvenirs, public library, and arts and crafts.
