Bedrooms have very comfortable king and queen size beds with cable tv and dvd players. In living room there are vaulted ceilings, a new flat screen tv, and comfy over sized couches. Sleeps 4-6 -- Unit comes with private balcony overlooking canyon with gas BBQ grill, full kitchen, includes wireless internet access and shared fenced front yard with garden and sitting areas. Set on T-Street canyon/surf beach, one of California's famous surf spots , shared free laundry, onsite outdoor parking long enough for a full size truck. This rental is very peaceful, sunny and bright if blinds are open, and great airflow to keep cool on summer days.
We also offer refrigerator stocking for your arrival, very reasonable catering of meals, surf lessons, surf boards rentals, and dog walking!
