Description of the Phoenix vacation condo rental
Upper level condo located in the PRIME spot in the Pointe Resort community with 2 patios overlooking the main pool and views of greenbelt, palm trees, and mountains in the background. Modern large floor plan with bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room. The open kitchen/dining area and 9 foot ceilings create a feeling of space and openness. Everything is kept pristine and very clean. Carpet and ceramic tile floors. Can sleep up to 6 comfortably with either a king or two XL twins per bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Free high-speed wireless Internet access available throughout the condo. The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix 10 miles N of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. The grounds contain 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Ten golf courses within 7 miles. Please see my website link at the bottom of this page.
