The first floor has a media playroom, including a 52 inch TV, pool table, game table and Ping Pong table, with direct access to the swimming pool. The second floor has three bedrooms, granite counter topped kitchen, and a 20 foot high living room ceiling. From the second floor there is direct access to a large covered deck with a built-in fireplace. Stairs lead to the pool and spa from the second floor deck. Four staircases (two exterior and two interior) of approximately 18 steps lead to the second and third floors. The third floor contains a small kitchen and five bedrooms. For only $54 per night per person (assuming twenty occupants) in-season, you can live in one of the most prestigious houses on Hilton Head. Walk to fine dining and sports activities.
Let the kids safely roam the plantation without having to ferry them to their activities. The kids can walk or take the shuttle to the tennis center, golfing, restaurants or shopping, and take the short walk to the beach without ever stepping foot on a road. You will be living adjacent to an All Star NHL player and up the block from John Melencamp's former residence. The bedrooms are adorned with duvet covers from Horchow and Anthropologie. The entire house has been professionally decorated and accessorized. Hilton Head has 250 restaurants, great supermarkets, shopping outlets galore, active tennis centers, some of the best golfing in the country, and the most beautiful beach on the east coast. Fine dining and sports activities are within walking distance.

You can ride bikes on the beach to oceanside dining -- or inland to outlet shopping, entertainment at Shelter Cove, or several of the greatest restaurants on the Island (Santa Fe, La Famiglia, San Migel, and Alexanders).
Within a ten-minute drive there are mini golf courses, arcades, multiple-screen movie theaters, and a teen night club. For adults there are several spots offering great live music, fine dining, and romantic views of the ocean.
The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is the best on the island. And there's no problem arranging matches at your level. The Trent Jones, Fazio, or Arthur Hill Golf Courses in Palmetto Dunes are among the best in the state. Within a short drive there are 19 championship public golf courses.
Top off the perfect day with a walk or bike ride on the beach and a soak in the spa. Then drop off into dreamland watching a video from your feather-soft, king-size bed. You will have a luxury vacation that will be remembered and appreciated by you and your guests for years to come.
Even if you do not need all the bedrooms, it's still a great deal and a perfect location.
