Sandpiper is a small complex of beautiful oceanfront townhomes conveniently located adjacent to Peter's Point Park and just a short walk to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The address for this property is 95112 Sandpiper Loop.

The unique three-story floor plan allows for two master bedrooms overlooking the ocean. Each master bedroom features a king size bed and offers a private bath with granite counter tops.

The gourmet kitchen is well appointed, with upgraded appliances. You will find that dining on the oceanfront deck is always a special treat.

The upper deck is the perfect place to enjoy the sun or the view. You can see for miles...up or down the beach...or out to sea.

Many great restaurants are within a short walk (the Ritz Carlton) or a short drive. A major grocery store (Harris Teeter) and a local farmer's produce market are within a mile of the house. A local fresh fish market is at the marina in Fernandina, ten minutes away.

Linens are provided for our guests.

We chose to buy our oceanfront townhouse at Amelia Island after just one visit to the area. We were so impressed by the surrounding area and the beach. Plus, we were thrilled that this beautiful townhouse was available. After years of renting in mid-rise or high rise condos, we were no longer captive to (always slow) elevators.

What makes this townhome unique

Our oceanfront townhouse offers convenient access to the amenities available at the Ritz-Carlton...without paying Ritz prices. We often take the short walk down the beach, to enjoy lunch poolside, at the Ritz. There are two golf courses within one mile. A great Harris-Teeter grocery store is just down the road. A number of terrific restaurants are within a short drive.

My family and I rented this property for a week, it was very clean, the views were amazing, close to great restaurants, great shopping and lots of activities for any age child.
The Townhouse was equipped well and several grocery stores were minutes away.
My family and I plan on returning again for our next family vacation.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay At this town home.
The beach is close, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped.
The location is ideal- an easy bike ride to Fernadina downtown, or a short journey by car.

The house has three floors, a nice layout for a big family, or a shared vacation with friends.
The wifi works well, as do both televisions and washing machine. The showers are great.
All in all, the town house is a gem.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

We had a wonderful time! Your townhouse is great. Views are beautiful, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The weather was perfect and the game was fun. We went to St. Augustine one afternoon and to the Fort Clinch park another afternoon. We should have spent more time at the park. The girls loved looking for shells and the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the beach at night, too, and being able to see so many stars. It was a very relaxing trip and the warm weather was so nice. Thanks again for the use of your property.

We did truly enjoy our week. The shelling was amazing! We found over 50 conchs. Some were over 5 inches wide!
