A charming early 1900's log cabin with a Franklin stove with sweeping views of Rangeley Lake. 125 feet from the shore. Modern kitchen and bath. Wrap around deck, partially covered with Adirondack chairs and picnic table. Gas grill.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a loft with 2 single beds. The bath contains a clawfoot tub with shower. The kitchen has an electric stove.
A non-motorized boat launch is available, gradual entry ideal for swimming also. Frequent wildlife sightings including deer, loons and occasionally moose on the property. Great Views!
The town of Rangeley is a throwback to the 50's, like Mayberry. Twelve restaurants, gift shops, antiques, IGA grocery, movie theater, ice cream stand, wonderful library, town park with boat launch.
Scenic drives, moose watching, many hikes of all levels, Appalachian Trial is ten miles from the cabin in either direction.
