The large living room and dining room are attached to the kitchen, so you are not away from the family when preparing meals. The dining room table comfortably seats eight to accommodate some visiting friends and family.
The central air-conditioning will keep you cool and dry no matter what the temperature and humidity outside. Maybe the temperature is already perfect and you want a fire in the fireplace for ambiance and a little added warmth... settle into the cozy couch and relax in front of the toasty fire with some of your favorite CD's playing on the stereo. The living room seats six very comfortably.
Downstairs is the master bedroom. Another bright and airy room, this bedroom has a king size bed. Attached to this bedroom is another smaller room which can be used as an office with phone and cable hook-ups, or with the crib it can be used as a nursery.
The downstairs has a full bath with a large stall shower and a washer and dryer.
Over the washer and dryer you will find some staples left for your convenience; toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.
At the top of the stairs there is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. To the left is a bedroom with two twin beds and to the right is another bedroom with a king bed. All the bedrooms have bedside lamps for easy reading, a clock radio to get you on your way, an iron and ironing board in the closet, and a full length mirror to keep you looking your best. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD/VCR. The closets are all very large to accommodate all your clothes and suitcases. Each bedroom has a dressing table and an upholstered chair.
The bathrooms each have plenty of light, large vanities, and much storage space as well as a hair dryer for you convenience.
With the security of a one car attached garage and a large dry basement, you can know that your bikes, beach chairs, canoes, floats, kayaks, etc are safe and dry. There is ample parking by the front door, as well as parking by the basement doors.
Golf:
Golf is located all over the Cape. The closest is a 9-hole course called the Chatham Sands located about 7 minutes away.
