The spacious Beachfront House includes all the amenities the best luxury vacation home or executive retreat could offer. New Hotspring hot tub, large open-plan kitchen with bar seating, teak trestle style dining set seating 10, large stainless steel gas barbecue, oak flooring with antique Persian carpets, entertainment size decks and an atrium room. Luxurious king bed in master suite, second bedroom with queen bed, fine linens and 3rd bedroom containing both a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Includes multi-room stereo with CDs, 46 inch 1080p HDTV with DVD and satellite service, quality outdoor furniture, gourmet kitchen with new appliances, laundry and wide selection of games and books. Very private. The Beach Cabin is adjacent to the lawn, just set back from the water's edge. It contains a queen bedroom with a luxurious new Westin Heavenly Bed with 600tc sheets, full kitchen with tile and Corian countertops, wood stove, & dining area seating 6.
A second bedroom and 3/4 bath called the 'Eagles Nest' Cabin provides comfortable detached sleeping quarters in between the House and the Cabin. A lighted concrete path and phone intercom system connects the three structures, allowing both privacy and togetherness at your option. Wildlife and bird life abound on our 1 1/2 acres of paradise. Bald eagles and piliated woodpeckers nest nearby; foxes, owls, otter, sea lions, seals, and whales all visited last season. The evening chorus of frogs from the lagoon is wonderful.
