This two-bedroom/two-bath condo is a great family vacation getaway. It's a completely furnished downstairs unit which includes a full kitchen, a dining room, and an in-house laundry room. Amenities include a 27-inch TV with a VCR & DVD player. Enjoy close access to the swimming pool, barbecue, and exercise room. The condo is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. There are several golf courses in the area. A fully refundable security deposit of $300 is required to rent. The cleaning deposit of $100.00 is non-refundable.
