Seneca Vacation Rental house

The kitchen and dining room area is 15 x 24 feet, and features cherry cabinets and solid surfacing (quartz) counter tops. The main area of the home features hardwood floors. (24 x 38- kitchen, dining, great room.) The master bedrooms suite is 16 x 18, with a 6 x 12 walk-in closet and a master bathroom suite (10 x 12) with a whirlpool bath, marble shower, double sink, and tile floor. A 10- x 16-foot deck sits on the lakeside of the master bedroom through French patio doors. The main level also has two additional bedrooms, a second bath, and a laundry room. The second floor features a loft area -- complete with an entertainment area for the kids with a TV, VCR, DVD, and room to hook up your game system. Also on the second floor are two bedroom suites off of the loft area -- complete with private baths. The basement level has a walk-out French patio door, providing easy access to the boat dock from this level, plus 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and two separate shower rooms.

The two bedrooms face the lake and have beautiful views as well. A large covered dock sits in the water, with room for two extra boats to be tied up. The swim deck is 12 feet by 32 feet (with eight feet uncovered and four feet covered) -- for both plenty of sun and shade to make everyone happy. Use of the dock is free and incidental to the use of the house. Parking for six cars is available on the parking deck with additional parking behind the house. Your vacation stay at Magnolia Place will be complete with a cleaning service (summer). Guests are asked to leave the home in good condition, with the kitchen clean. Linens and towels are available for guests' use; but guests are required to launder the linens and towels if they use them. The cleaning service will take care of general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning. A lower fee is available for guests willing to do their own cleaning (off season).
