Puesta del Sol is only 15 minutes from the airport, and is just down the hill from downtown Puerto Vallarta. If you need a shopping fix -- or to 'party hardy' at the all night discos where you can see 'Tourists Gone Wild', then we suggest a bus or taxi ride to get you safely there and back.

Dan & Niva's Vallarta Vacation Home Rental Nestled in the center of town up the hill in a lush botanical garden setting .These units were built on bedrock by an American company in the early 80's. Located four blocks from the malacon and night life with stunning views of Puerto Valarta's Bay of Banderas and city from various locations on a one block enclosed property with 81 condominiums and 24 hour guarded entrance access. The property has pool and palapa and 2 patios with barbecue pits and first come parking for guests. The temperatures are usually 10 to 15 degrees cooler here than in town because of the gentle breeze the hill affords. Some of Puerto Valarta's best restaurants are located within a few blocks or less.
The owners, provide a maid 1 day each week. Staff will be pleased to meet you when you arrive and provide keys and direction to the unit.
Rates are for a maximum of 2 persons. To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 50% is required. The balance will be required by Money Order or PayPal at least 30 days prior to arrival. **If paying with PayPal there will be an additional 5% charge for processing fees. Deposits are refundable only with a 60 day cancellation notice and refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Check in time is 4PM. Special arrangements may be made for late arrivals. Check out time is 12:00 PM . Smoking is permitted outside or on the balcony only. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
