This luxurious villa offers four bedrooms (including two en-suite masters), three bathrooms, and a 30'x 15' heated swimming pool with spa. It's located on the Sanctuary at West Haven, a gated community. And it's just ten minutes from Disney World, two minutes from Champions Gate Golf Course, and near all the major attractions.

This brand new luxury vacation home has been professionally furnished throughout to the very highest standards, and is beautifully decorated. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities. We have even upgraded all the mattresses to guarantee a good night's sleep.

There is a screened, private, heated swimming pool and spa with a safety fence for your peace of mind. The stunning pool and the extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house builder in the region.

Our vacation home is fully licensed by the state of Florida. We use a highly recommended management company with friendly, 24-hour support for our guests.

Guest Comments: 08/09/06 We stayed for two weeks in July/Aug 06, the place was clean, big rooms, everything we could ask for, my wife Carol loved the kitchen, more in it than at home was her comment, my two grandchildren just loved the pool and their bedrooms, we will come back next time we come over for sure.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed for a week, and it was great to have our own pool to play in. Very convenient to get to Disney. The house is lovely and it's nice to know that it's located in a safe, gated community. We'd like to stay here again!

The interior pictures do not show the house as it looks now. Living room sofa and loveseat should be replaced they are not comfortable and master bedroom mattress should also be replaced as well as vertical blinds in the master bedroom.

Spacious house close to Disney World

We recently stayed at this property for a Disney World holiday. The house had a great layout for our purpose as the bedrooms were spread throughout the house and everyone had ample bathroom/private space. Very comfortable. The property is close to Disney World attractions . . . an easy 15 minute drive which was enough time for my son to relax after a fun filled day. The on site staff was very helpful and responsive to 1 issue that was quickly remedied with the pool. Also, we extended our stay for a few days and the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. My only suggestion for improvement is that the house is sparsely filled with linens and cookware. I'm a cook and hand to use some creativity to cook with items available in the house. We had to launder towels several times during the week.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
