Watch the activity of the Santa Cruz Harbor from the deck. Rent boats, kayaks, surfboards - reserve a 'ride' on the Chardonnay sailboat. Walk a few minutes to the Pacific Ocean and fabulous restaurants, Walk 20 minutes to the famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Drive 45 minutes to Monterey Aquarium or 30 min to Giant Redwoods.

This first-floor condo offers tile floors, and is great for seniors and children. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have a view. The master suite is separate and private. Spotless clean! Laundry facilities are available in the carport below. Storage is available for bikes and surfboards. TV has VCR & DVD & Internet connection.

Weekly rentals preferred. Two night minimum. No singles groups.

My family loves staying at this condo. It was everything we expected. The photo looks like it was taken right off the balcony of the condo - it's the view we love to wake up to every morning. The condo was very clean and comfortable - we couldn't find anything that needed improving upon. The owner, Jan, is a super lady who makes sure your stay at the condo is as comfortable as staying in your own home. I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to stay at this lovely condo. The beach, harbor, and the delicious as well as family friendly Crow's Nest Restaurant is withihn walking distance (just across the street); and if you're interested in cooking up some fresh ocean fare, you can buy fresh fish right off the docks. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk as well as the wharf is also only a few minutes drive away. Don't miss this cherry of a place!

Great view, safe and fun. Can walk to beach and to boardwalk. Near restuarants and yatch harbor. Great for a glass of wine on balcony and watch the boats go by.

What a view!

Would definitely recommend this property. It was clean and well kept. It has a beautiful view of the harbor, lighthouse and ocean from the patio. The walk to the beach is very short. We made it with all our stuff and four kids 7 and under no problem. Short drive or 20 minute or so walk to the boardwalk. Didn't try the walk because I had injured my ankle just days before but looked to be fairly easy.

The owner was very responsive to all our needs and made us feel very welcome. The kids had a blast at the boardwalk and the beach. All in all it was a great vacation and we would rent the place again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
