Completely renovated this season, this two-story, 2,400 square-foot home features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. It has a private walkway from the house to the Atlantic ocean. And a seating beach on the walkway allows you to enjoy the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine -- just steps away from the waves.

This three-bedroom/2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps six. Two of the bedrooms are oceanfront. Amenities include linens, towels, beach chairs, and a grill.

Comfortable, and attractively decorated, this home has new carpeting, new appliances, new beds, and brand new windows throughout. Additional features and amenities include an outdoor shower, four TVs, two VCR/DVDs, cable, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and central air-conditioning.

The Atlantic Ocean is just 200 yards away -- with a private beach. There are No condos nearby. Sometimes you'll be the only one on the beach!

Right on Ocean, no roads to cross: New floor-to-ceiling windows were installed this season, and directly face the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy daily dolphin sightings as you eat breakfast or relax over a cocktail.

The spacious 18-by-25 foot oceanfront deck allows access from the master bedroom and the living room.

Watch the dolphins play from our deck. Collect shark teeth and shells during the day. Last year we had two turtle nests in front of our home. One family was lucky enough to see it!

The home is situated across from a nature preserve. And the dining area has an open deck that overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen also overlooks both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal.

Two bedrooms overlook the ocean. The master bedroom has a ten-foot sliding glass door providing direct access to the ocean and ocean views.

This house is BEACH FRONT! Great deck and it's own walkway. Layout of the home is efficient: 2 split bedrooms on the ground floor with a full bath and laundry room between and then a large and airy master with en suite bath and sliders out to the deck on the main floor. Then a pullout sofa in the large and airy loft. Location is 1/2 mile to the bridge over to San Marco making it much closer to the historic district than St. Augustine Beach. We also loved the Cuban restaurant, Tropicana, in Vilano Beach (great coffee too) and Beaches overlooking the inlet and Vilano Bridge for their Beacharita's. Walking the bridge is great exercise and we were rewarded with scenic views of the intracoastal. Just bring your toothbrush and some $$ for shopping! We wish we owned this slice of beach heave and could even drop in on the weekends. We live in Jax and will save up to stay here again.

Great house for family getaway April 2011

This house's location is perfect for a relaxing, yet close enough to attractions. When we arrived we were surprised with the size of the rooms and the great view of the ocean. The house was immaculate and comfortable. Everything that a family needs, the kitchen equipped with a lot appliances made our stay an no brainer. The deck was wonderful for the meals. You never get tired of the ocean, every day is different. Rosemary and Samantha were great to talk to and they give us some pointers about their favorite dining places. St Augustine is a great place to relax and also to explore a big piece of history. The locals are friendly . We wanted a house spacious and comfortable and we got it. This is one of the best spring break we had in a long time. We will not hesitate to come back. The Alligator Farm added something new this year, so check it out.

beautiful property with many desirable amenities. lovely beachfront view. grandchildren loved being separated throughout the house, one in each bedroom on lower level and one in loft. The master suite is large and spacious. Throughout, the house is beautifully decorated. Close to St. Augustine without the crowds of St. Augustine Beach.
