Enjoy breathtaking views from all rooms! The living room & bedroom overlook the Gulf; the kitchen overlooks the Intercoastal. If you have never been to Sand Key, this is the spot! Rent 2 weeks or more (2 wk minimum rental). Lighthouse Towers is a gated condominium with all the amenities -- including a heated swimming pool, spa, tennis court, basketball hoop, putting green, shuffleboard, outdoor grill, wet-bar cabana, and one reserved parking spot. Our unit has new living room furniture. One queen leather sofa bed & one love seat twin sofa bed. The bedroom contains a king bed with 650 thread count cotton sheets and a two-inch, four-pound memory foam mattress that will give you the best night sleep ever! The kitchen has all new appliances, range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water.

Here is a list of included amenities: toaster, crock pot, coffee maker, baking dishes and supplies, spice rack, martini glasses and shaker, wine goblets, Pyrex cookware, two sets of dishware, breakfast bar with two stools, dining room, answering machine, washer dryer in unit, tile and carpet flooring, iron and ironing board, radio, vacuum, beach cooler, drying rack, laundry basket, balcony with two sliding door access, and table with two chairs for the balcony. Take a stroll along the Gulf's white sandy beach. Watch the gorgeous sunsets from the living room or balcony.
