Wake up every morning in a tropical setting of fruit trees and gardens. Relax in a brand new private electric heated pool that overlooks our backyard. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located at 328 Bayshore Drive - the most desirable address in all of Venice! In fact, from our back yard you can sip a cup of coffee and watch boats sail along the gorgeous Roberts Bay. This wonderful home is only a 2 blocks walk to the charming town of Venice filled with coffee shops, wine bars, art stores, antique shops and fine restaurants. And, our house is also only a 6 block walk along the tree lined Venice Avenue to the beach. Plus, we've just added high speed Internet for guests who bring their laptop. Our Bayshore estate home is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and a sleeper bed (sleeps 2). Plus, it has a living room with a ceramic tiled floors.

Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Spring Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc. Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota. It is just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ½ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

Notes: Our Harbor Paradise Home vacation beach house is a very roomy vacation home. It features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer, plus, of course heat and a fire place for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. Our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. The back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.

Our beach house is a 5 minute walk to the beach : Our beach house is a 5 minute walk to the beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.

Close to major Florida attractions: It’s also close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. Only 1 1/2 hours to Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

Great Home for Families

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. We had two families, one of 8 and one of 4 and there was plenty room for all. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and so close to everything! The girls especially enjoyed the bedroom with the two queen beds, all to themselves and away from everyone else. Great home!

A fantastic place to stay

My family and 2 others for a total of 13(we got pre-approval since we were 1 over), have a fantastic time, pool was great, the teenagers had access to the internet wirelessly, so they could keep in contact with friends. Quiet neighborhood, venice downtown is just a few blocks away and so is the gulf. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and the cost was definitely worthwhile.

If you have a big crew this is the place to stay while in Venice.

It is very hard to meet the needs of my large diverse family, but this house not only met but exceeded it. There was so much room in this house and televisions for all, that there were no arguments from anyone. From swimming in the pool to the kids and dogs chasing the anoles, we had a wonderful time. My father did come down with shingles, however even the medical facilities were only a couple blocks away. We took daily walks down to the shops and even listened to a weekend concert in the park. Thank you sooo much!!!
