We prefer to be clear with our guests.
Because of this, we provide self-catering rentals, which are all inclusive. You won't have any 'surprises.' There are no extra prices to rent our elegant apartments.
Please note: included in the rental price is electricity, independent heating and water costs, towel and linens provided with a weekly change, local taxes and weekly cleaning costs. Even typical Umbrian food, red wine and beverages are provided in the kitchen for a hearty Italian breakfast the first morning of your stay. Help for all your needs included! (This is hard to find in the Italian vacation rental market!)
There's a special price for a long stay period, just contact us. -
Note: normally a weekly stay is assumed to be from Saturday to Saturday.
On request, the arrival date can be flexible.
Conditions: On making a reservation, guests will be liable for payment of 50% of the total fee as deposit, a sum that will be forfeited on cancellation of the reservation. The remainder of the fee due must be paid at the check in. Furthermore, a deposit of €300 will be required on arrival to cover any eventual damage to the apartment during the stay, though this €300 deposit will, of course, be completely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has incurred.

The owners live in an adjacent wing of the villa, guaranteeing a warm, friendly Italian welcome. Their hospitality will ensure help with all your needs, They are also available to make suggestions for sightseeing and cultural tours of the most interesting Umbrian towns, as well as Rome and Florence, a mere one-and-a-half hours drive from Perugia. The owners will also be delighted to provide any information required for guided tours with the best tour guides in Umbria. To share with the other guests: swimming pool cloth dryer, internet point and parking.
About del Perugino Luxury Apt.(sleeps 4+2;s.m.80): The two bedroom, 80 square meter, luxury apartment pictured in the photographs is del Perugino, which accommodates up to six people. Included in this tri-level apartment are a wide living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and with four burners, bedroom with two single beds (which can be converted to a double on request), bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with Jacuzzi® bathtub and a private terrace with table, lounge and chairs. The furnishings of this apartment include a satellite color TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, electronic wall safe, DVD/CD player, small classified library, hairdryer, fireplace in the living room, fans, mosquito-net in all windows, independent doorway, independent heating and a Jacuzzi® bathtub. The owners are there to provide any additional assistance you might require. -Outside, in the garden but inside the property there is the parking between the olive trees.
Umbria:The Green Heart of Italy&the Lovely Perugia: Villa Nuba is located in on top of a green hill, only one and a half kilometers from the historic centre of Perugia. By walk only about 20 minutes! It's only 150 meters from a bus stop, and just three kilometers from the central train station. Just two kilometers away is the central bus station that connects Perugia with Umbria. And just 200 to 300 metres away are stores, markets, shops, and a cafe.
