Nestled near Naples on a southwest Florida island, this private condo offers everything you'll need for a relaxing tropical vacation - including an owner on Marco Island who is available 24/7 any time of year. Our condo is a lovely one bedroom/one bathroom unit across the street from the Marriott hotel and the beach, with direct beach access to the same beach used by Marriott guests. It looks out over the heated swimming pool and tennis court. The condo is located on the second floor, which is accessible via elevator or stairs. The unit has been totally renovated to include: an all new kitchen with Corian style counter tops and new appliances, a bath with Corian style vanity, tile flooring throughout, all new furniture, flat panel living room TV, as well as a bedroom TV with VCR and DVD, and free WiFi. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with shower. Free parking and WiFi Internet compared to Marriott's $15/Day for WiFi access, and $10/Day for parking.

We stayed in this condo between July 25 and August 1st 2009. We highly recommend it for a couple (maybe with a child). The condo is very clean and well located (3 minute walk to the beach). It is a very quiet area. The beach is great too. It wasn't very crowded at this time of the year. Bob and Tara were easy to reach and answer to all our questions. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again!

We have really enjoyed our stay on the fantastic Marco Island. The condo and pool were brilliant, the weather has been outstanding, and the people very friendly. The location of the condo is great with easy access to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants. Thanks very much for the cards...and we would love to come back to Marco in the near future.

What an amazing find! We attended a wedding at the Marriott and were within walking distance which was perfect. The beach access across the street was unbelievable. It was so nice to have an umbrella and beach chairs waiting for us and the PackNPlay and highchair were life-savers with a 4 month old! We feel so lucky to have stumbled across your condo for our last minute plans.

This was a great location for enjoying the beach

The P Family had a wonderful time on Marco Island. This was a great location for biking and enjoying the beach. We stayed really busy, took an air boat ride, sailed a Hobbie Cat, and biked 15 miles a day but coming back to the pool at the condo was the best! By the end of the week we even got a little tennis into our busy week.

Thank you Tara and Bob for being so attentive to our needs.

This was our first visit to Marco Island and absolutely loved the beach. The condo with its convenient access was great! Wish our stay could have been longer. Nice to get away from the cold and believe it or not snow. The sun and 86 degree weather sure felt good.
