Relax in the comfort of a cozy chic apartment with wireless and cable or sit outside and enjoy the sun and garden while being five (ok, fifteen) minutes from some of the best dining in the world
Small bedroom with a standard double bed and connecting full bath. Bedroom contains a closet with sliding glass doors. In the separate living area, linen closet, writing desk, single twin bed, large couch and two chairs. Flat screen TV and sparkling new eat-in kitchen. Fully stocked - French pressed coffee or premium teas.
We're extremely close to public transportation (99 on transportation score and 98 on walking score), but sadly, street parking is tedious.

Weather is as good as San Francisco offers
Quiet solitude but walking distance to two of the hottest areas of the city: the Mission and Castro districts
We arrived on February 14th and were very surprised to see a nice bottle of wine and two red roses for us.
Very clean Garden apartment . Everything you need to make your meals with well stocked kitchen, or walking distance to nice restaurants that were recommended by the host. Safe ,quite central location easy to get to the Church street Muni. We spent most of our time visiting with family and exploring San Francisco so we did not have time to enjoy the garden. If in San Francisco we would highly recommend staying here.
Great location, very comfortable and easy to feel at home!
very hassle-free with keys being left for me. Everything was clean. Lots of TV channels for when it is time to relax and just watch a movie. Very quiet unit. Such an easy walk to restaurants and a quick walk to the Castro muni station. We did not need to take a taxi at all during our stay. Very safe location - we did not have any concerns walking late at night as this located in a neighborhood where many people are out and about.
Let me start off by saying that Rhonda, Bill and Trooper were phenomenal hosts! You won't find nicer people anywhere. As for the apartment, you can't beat this location. Close to everything you could want from bars, restaurants, cafes and transit. You're literally in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is vibrant and safe, and is a great launching pad to explore everything San Fran has to offer. Staying here definitely made our trip, and we can't wait to come back!
Would highly recommend. Great location, kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need & then some. Close to subway, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, liquor stores, everything you might want or need. Hosts very gracious & helpful with great suggestions.
Would definitely stay there again. Back yard wonderful with hammock & everything, comfortable outdoor furniture.
Cute and cozy, perfect place to stay for all ages! The owners were accommodating and wonderful to work with, and made our stay extremely pleasant. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, and attractions. Street parking only, which is true for most of the city, and is the only negative, but not enough to still not give this 5 stars. We highly recommend staying at this location, and will definitely be returning in the future.
