Enjoy the views from every window and deck of this lavishly furnished home. Rockies to the east and Purcells to the west.

There's a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, new custom designed and hand made king bed in master bedroom retreat . Sliding doors to screened-in sunroom .A fully-equipped kitchen with seating for six (new appliances for 2008), a dining room table for 12, a wood-burning, two-way fireplace between the living/dining rooms, large living room with two couches two leather chairs and two large decks for sun seekers. A two piece bath rounds out the main floor. Living and dining rooms have cathedral ceilings with sliding doors to full length deck.

Completely renovated in 2009 the walkout level includes , games room with seating, pool table (new 2009), playstation 2 ,wood burning stove, queen bedroom and single bunk room. There also is a laundry room with two piece bath .

Upstairs contains 2 bedrooms with four sets of bunk beds and a four piece bathroom.

Great location for a guys golf trip

Party of 8 fellows from work went for a golf long week-end. The facility was perfect for our group, lots of space, large kitchen, lots of beds, easy access to the Highway, enjoyed both decks, bar-be-que, etc. Highlight was Saturday afternoon when two black bear yearlings wandered through the back yard looking for berries and nuts. Weather in early September was great - clear skies, warm to hot afternoons (25-30 C). Cooled down in evenings for good sleeping conditions. Mornings tend to be cool at this time of year (5C).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great Mountanside Location

Very comfortable and spacious house, superb location just minutes drive from the hot pools and golf course (also guessing not more than 10-15 min walk either way), about 10 min drive from the ski hill. Well maintained and clean, will easily accommodate 2 families, we would recommend it to our friends/relatives and would rent again next time we are in Fairmont.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
