The exclusive dream villa is located southwest with a beautiful panorama of sunset and has more than 500 sq.m living and recreational area, a large solar and/or electric heated pool, a private boat dock and a sun deck sport motorboat (no licence required), built in the year 2012, model 2013.

The boat is a 19-foot Hurricane sundeck sport 188 OB with a 115 hp fuel efficient (gasoline price August 2012: 5$/gallon) Yamaha- outboard motor of the latest generation, which travels 60 km/h maximum. Cruiser speed approx 50 km/h. All details calculated personally for 6 persons on board. The boat is registered for 10 persons. You can dock perfectly 33cm on the beaches without getting stuck in the sand. The boat is equipped with a depth gauge/fish finder, a bowl with external water supply for live bait (salt water/river water), angler seat etc. 2 landing stages (front and back) make the pleasure of boating complete. The boat sails great on water. Naturally the boat is well equipped otherwise, to be well informed about the operating condition. A large bimini top comes as a part of it, absolutely necessary in summer.

19 ft, or 5.7 m long appears small, but the space offered is absolutely comparable with our old Four winns Horizon 280 with 28 ft.

Specialties: Take a trip to the Disneyland, Everglades, Miami or Key West. There are affordable options in factory sales (factory outlet centre). The villa is quiet, yet centrally located. From here it is only few minutes to the open sea with the boat (without floodgates).

    Children up to 12 years are free, from 12-18 years USD 100 / week. Rent for 2 adults/week amounts to $ 1230. For 3 adults/week the rent is $ 1380 /week, for 4 adults $ 1530 /week, 5 adults $ 1680/week and for 6 adults $ 1830 /week.

    During the peak season around Easter and Christmas all prices increase by 25%.
