This gorgeous one-bedroom/one-bath condo has been completely remodeled. Everything is brand new! It's conveniently situated just a one-half block walk to the boardwalk and oceanfront. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with full-size appliances. There is a separate dining area. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, cable TV, a DVD, and a VCR. An additional cable TV is in the bedroom. And there are laundry facilities and parking on-site. Enjoy sun-tanning, swimming, surfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, and other water sports. Surfers will enjoy the ECSC Surfing Championship. The condo is conveniently located in the 'resort area' -- with many activities at the boardwalk including concerts, art and music festivals, fireworks, mini golf, amusement rides, bicycling, and rollerblading. The condo is just minutes from the Virginia Marine Science Museum, the Ocean Breeze Family Park, deep-sea fishing, golfing, tennis, and plenty of great restaurants.
