*Memorial Day Weekend! --$1,000 OFF!
Our journey with the Four Seasons Lodge began 24 years ago, when we rented it for our own family vacation. We’re a picky bunch, but when we arrived, we were smitten. (Obviously—we bought it 3 months later!)
WHY WE FELL IN LOVE – AND YOU WILL, TOO
First, the showstopper: our heated indoor pool is one of only TWO of its kind among New England’s large vacation rentals.
With a wall of glass windows that look out to the surrounding New Hampshire forest, the pool is a year-round treasure that we keep sparkling and temperate for our guests, no matter what time of year they visit.
And the pool is ALL YOURS, as the Lodge is only rented to one group at a time.
Jump in and defrost after a day on the ski slopes, while the snow falls softly on the trees, or cool off after a summertime hike in the White Mountain National Forest. In September and October, you can float in the pool and look out at the trees bursting into the vivid oranges and reds of our famous New Hampshire foliage.
Despite being tucked into the woods, we’re far from “middle of nowhere.” In fact, we’re just minutes from the village, outlet mall, and 5 major ski areas!
THERE’S A CERTAIN FEELING AT THIS PLACE
At 5600 square feet, our Lodge is spacious. But you won’t get lost here.
There are 10 private bedrooms and room for 20 to sleep comfortably. Three bathrooms. And a dining area with room large enough to accommodate any group.
Yet, it’s a true LODGE.
Cozy, rustic (in the true sense—not in the way a Realtor would use that word), and woodsy, with deer antlers on the walls and lots of brick and wood. It feels completely appropriate and fitting for its lush, forested surroundings (we’re located on a gravel road with three other houses).
But know that rustic does not mean “dirty” or “unkempt”—we love this place and take great care of it, keeping it immaculate and updated. We are oh so close to being a Green Facility too! LED, natural cleaners, solar heat... we're doing what we can!
At Four Seasons Lodge, we’ll supply you with all the ingredients for an amazing vacation: room to dance, a karaoke machine for embarrassing yourselves and each other, a fireplace in the living room for sharing stories around, an outdoor grill and picnic table, free WiFi, a foosball table, and a sauna that is never more inviting than after a day on the mountain.
WHO SHOULD VACATION WITH US?
In short, this place is perfect for a big, active bunch who want to make the most out of their time together (but no big, loud parties, please—we like our neighbors!).
We are handicap-friendly, gay-friendly, and we’ve welcomed family reunions, ski retreats, murder mystery weekends, company retreats, rug-hooking crowds, scrapbooking weekends, and, once, a photo shoot for a bathing suit company. Everyone can find a home-away-from-home here!

We rented the Lodge more than 20 years ago for a family reunion. It was SO windy all weekend that the chair lifts were all closed down and we couldn't ski. Even though we couldn't ski we had a WONDERFUL time at the Lodge and purchased it 4 months later!
We picked North Conway because even way back then, there was something for everybody; skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking, climbing, shopping and it has even become a destination for foodies!
We have made great memories in North Conway and at the Four Seasons Lodge and hope you do too!
Teena purchased this lodge in 1991
I had dreamed of a family reunion for years!
After much planning and searching for the perfect property, I found the Lodge. We gathered there for our week away. It rained for four solid days during that week and no-one hardly noticed!
We had such a great time swimming in the pool, relaxing in the sauna, playing board games in the living room and dancing the nights away. After about the third night there I decided that when I got home I'd contact the owner to see if they would be willing to sell.
The rest is, as they say, history.
The PRIVATE heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, dance room, gas woodstove, the privacy, the woods, the short drive to ski, shop, and play will make your vacation a unique and wonderful experience!. It's a great place in a fantastic location!
We genuinely had a great time at the lodge & we're so glad we got to stay there!
My group of 20 rented out the lodge for the first time and we seriously can't wait to come back! Teena was extremely easy to work with and always responded within 24 hours. She lives near the property so was able to come by and help with anything if needed. The house is very spacious with fantastic extra amenities to meet everyone's needs (foosball, pool, sauna, fireplace, karaoke, TV). The house is nicely tucked away in a private area but yet is just 5-10 minutes from the city center so it was very convenient to get around.
My group went skiing/snowtubing near by at Cranmore mountain which was a fun activity, especially if you have children. We look forward to coming back again.
Our travel club booked the lodge for an afternoon swim-social — our second at this location — and all had a wonderful time. The indoor pool was a major attraction, as was the sauna, and the kitchen was perfect for a pot-luck setup to make sure no one was hungry. The TV lounge with gas fireplace was an inviting place to hang out for those interested in seeing what was on the tube. Unlike our first visit when some complained that the pool temperature was a little chilly, this time the water temperature was fine, allowing us to socialize in and around the pool. We'll definitely be returning for the relaxing, get-away-from-it-all atmosphere.
This is the third time I've stayed at the Lodge. They've made improvements each time. The house continues to get better each year.
I've done the big family group (which was great for the kids because of the indoor pool) and I've done a snowmobiling group with a few friends and spouses. The sauna was a hit that time.
Very close to Story Land, tons of golf courses, several different lakes hikes and falls, we went rafting, tubing, we stayed in and played cards, grilled on their bbq, and went to the local watering holes.
We'll stay again. It's a blast.
Owner always responded same day, even when she was on vacation. Lodge is exactly as described. One rainy day, loved the indoor pool. Everyone was so nice.
Just stayed at the 4 Seasons Lodge last week for our annual summer trip up north. We had five family (19 people) and fit very comfortably. It is a great location, close to town, storyland, and many nature trails. While it doesn't have AC, the fans and cool mountain nights made the house a good temp. The kids loved the indoor pool, especially on the one rainy day we had. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would use them again in the future.
Had a great time up at the lodge with a group of 18. Normally we stay in North Conway for ski weekends in the winter, but decided to try a summer trip. Had no idea that the foosball table and karaoke machine would be such a hit in addition to the indoor pool. We played 18 holes at North Country Country Club which was a scenic course and in great condition. Not to mention it was only $48 w/ cart for prime time on a Saturday. Overall if you have a big group there is plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. I would stay here again!
The White Mountains are the perfect get a way location! It doesn't matter if you like doing outdoor activities or would rather go to the theater and enjoy fine dining, you can find it all in North Conway.
Minutes from the Four Seasons Lodge you can ski, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, swim, boat, snowmobile, horseback ride, StoryLand, golf, outlet shop, theatre, movies, museums and lots more!
