The villa is only minutes from Disney World and its many attractions; you can be at Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Wet and Wild in no time at all! Busch Gardens, Cyprus Gardens, and the Kennedy Space Centre are easy day excursions from this quiet location. This Orange Tree Villa features a large open-plan family room to relax in after an exhausting day at the theme parks. This room overlooks the spa, pool, and open aspect beyond and includes a three-piece suite, 25-inch TV, and a DVD. The den is a second family room that also has a TV, DVD, HS Internet link and a large sofa that converts to a queen size bed, to increase the sleeping accommodations. The garage has been converted to a game room, with a dartboard, table tennis, and a pool table to keep the children (and others) busy in the evenings or during those quite days at home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bath, shower and walk in changing room.

Two additional bedrooms have twin beds in each. Bed linen, bath and pool towels as well as hairdryers are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a cooker, fridge with ice maker, microwave, and coffee maker among other things. The utility room has a washer, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. There is a formal dining area to enjoy your culinary delights and there's also an informal breakfast area overlooking the pool. The pool, spa, and deck are fully enclosed by an insect screen and are equipped with sun loungers and chairs to relax on. There is also a large purpose built deck area outside the pool area that has a picnic table and is ideal to BBQ and dine out. Orange Tree is a vacation community located on Highway 27 just two miles north of the H27/H192 intersection. Orlando International, Stanford, and Tampa Airports are easily accessible.
