The climate in Barbados is ideal for those who like the warmth of the sun and gentle breezes. It may be wet in December and sometimes other times of the year, but it is never cold.
The sea is the most astounding turquoise colour, and the beaches are gentle pink/beige sand. Gibbs Beach, where Allamanda is located, is shaded in the morning. It is on the West Coast, so catches the sunset in the evening.
Swimming and water sports are wonderful. The surf is normally gentle with occasional rough days if there are storms at sea.
For rest and relaxation, this island is without peer, but there are also many things to do and see in Barbados. Tennis, golf, sailing, horseback riding, horse racing, polo, cricket and water sports are available. Shopping is quite good with many duty free shops. Many, many very good restaurants. Lots of interesting places on the island to see and explore.
This is one place in the world where you can be sure about the climate: it is always warm.
