North Coast Village is a complex of 550 condo units located on the beach in Oceanside CA. This small town is changing rapidly. Eateries, movie theaters and retails shops are booming. Please do not smoke or bring pets to the unit as the owner is very allergic and will know immediately if you disregard the rules. A laundry room for cleaning clothes is located within the building on the ground floor. Two gas grills are available to all residents and are located near the pool area.
