Notes: We are the owners and plan to retire at this condo. We keep it very clean and neat. We update it regularly and update it with high quality fixtures. Please do not smoke or bring pets to the unit as the owner is very allergic and will know immediately if you disregard the rules. A laundry room for cleaning clothes is located within the building on the ground floor. Two gas grills are available to all residents and are located near the pool area.
