The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom; and each has single beds that can be made up as doubles. These rooms also share a common sitting room with a fireplace.
Downstairs there is a large kitchen with a fireplace, a separate walk-in pantry, a dishwasher, a five-burner stove with two ovens, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, an American coffee maker, and enough pots and pans for cooking gourmet meals. The kitchen is perfect for cooking with a group of friends or family. There is also an outdoor pizza oven.
Also downstairs there is a half bath, a sitting room, a formal dining room, and a living room with a large fireplace fitted with a cast-iron wood-burning stove.

The rental price includes all utilities except for telephone charges -- which will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay. Of course, the house is completely cleaned, and is supplied with fresh towels, soap, bed linens, and basic supplies before your arrival and every week. Additional maid service during the week can be arranged at a minimal cost, depending on the number of guests.
Additional services such as private city tours, Tuscan garden tours, private in-house dinners, a cooking school, and wine- or olive oil-tasting can be prearranged at the time of booking.
