Serenity is located in Fairhope, Alabama, a mile north of Point Clear’s Marriott Grand Hotel, walking distance to downtown Fairhope and Fairhope beaches. The entire home is yours. . . this is not a shared property. . . it is a 'private house.' We ensure that the functionality meshed into Serenity validates the ambiance of the comforts of home. Amenities include 3 bedrooms with your own private bathroom, 2 family rooms ( one w/sleeper sofa), washer/dryer, fireplace, private pier, and many other amenities listed below. You only need to bring your luggage! Take the escape to your private vacation home. We also welcome corporate meetings/retreats. Credit cards accepted.

The first floor includes a master suite, master bathroom w/double sink, large soaking tub, kitchen, great room, dining room, powder room, washer and dryer, fireplace, television, CD, and DVD/VHS players. Upstairs are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a bonus room that sleeps two and an office. Ceiling fans adorn throughout each room. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully supplied with the essential needs. The bayside of the house has an open veranda.

A security deposit and a cleaning fee are required. Stated rates are subject to change due to special local events and the holiday season. This is a private home - Sorry no accommodations for group parties. The Serenity is one of the only homes that you can rent and enjoy the privacy of the home all to yourself!
