Our penthouse unit has two large patios facing east, an informational notebook about Key Colony and the surrounding areas, central heating and air-conditioning, three phones, an answering machine, two clock radios, cable TV (three 27-inch, remote controlled, color TVs), a VCR/DVD, and a stereo with a CD player.
The complete kitchen includes a range with a glass cook-top, a microwave, a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, china, glasses, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The unit also has a washer/dryer.
There is a queen-size bed in the master suite, one queen-size bed in the second suite, and one day bed in the third bedroom. Bathroom amenities include a bathroom scale, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, linens and towels. Additional amenities include beach towels, a washer/dryer, an iron and ironing board, a sewing kit, laundry detergent, and fabric softener.

Inquire about rates for last-minute rentals (ten days or less before arrival date) and for stays over three weeks. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation; the balance and a $1,000 security deposit are due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date -- at which point the rental fee is Non-Refundable unless we are able to re-book the dates you had reserved. The security deposit will be refunded in full if nothing is missing or damaged -- in no more than ten business days. If something is missing or damaged, an assessment will be made, and the security deposit minus the assessment will be refunded in no more than 20 business days
