Coral Reef Villa is situated near our own white coral sand beach with almost two acres of palms and flowering shrubs. It is in the best location on Nevis, near fabulous reefs and within walking distance of Nisbet Plantation Beach Club with their excellent restaurants and more casual beach bar, for breakfast or lunch. Coral Reef Villa is built in the traditional Caribbean style with vaulted ceilings and trimmed in solid mahogany . The delightfully appointed home is the newest and best-equipped villa in the area. It's situated on property that goes right to the sea. You can sit around the large pool or on the huge screened in porch with 2 hammocks , comfortable lounge chairs, large dining area and watch the waves curling on the reefs. The large kitchen has all appliances and dishwasher. Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, generator. A caretaker will greet/assist you

From the spacious screened-in verandah you'll have an unobstructed view of the ocean and its nearby coral reef, while dining or relaxing on cushioned chaises lounges or in comfortable wicker chairs. Outside, two hammocks strung between palm trees provide a restful shady place to read or snooze -- close to the 12 x 30 foot freshwater private swimming pool. The pool is purified with a conditioning system that uses very little chlorine.
The large modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, a four-burner stove top, a self-cleaning oven, a microwave, and a large refrigerator-freezer with ice maker. Everything is here for you to cook a gourmet meal should you decide to eat in.
There is a propane gas grill on the back patio. The laundry room has a Maytag washer and dryer. However, daily maid service is included in the rental rate, so you can just relax.
Additional amenities include cable TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a CD stereo radio (with many videos, DVDs and CDs for all), and a state-of-the-art generator with an easy in-house start. All bedding and towels are provided.
When the day is done, you can sleep in the villa's two large bedrooms -- each with its own bath. Both have exquisitely handmade Nevisian mahogany beds. One bedroom has a king-size four-poster, while the other has twin beds which can be converted into a king-size bed. The bedrooms are privately located at either end of the villa and through mahogany double doors. Both bedrooms enjoy the same fantastic view of the ocean, gently swaying palm trees, and evening stars.
Hospitality comes first in Nevis, and especially at Coral Reef. If you desire, Coral Reef's owner will arrange for you to be met when you arrive, and to be given an orientation to the island and the villa.
