Enjoy the many wonderful activities in the Cape Fear Region. Take a morning walk on the beach or fish from the nearby pier. Our condo is a bright sunny end unit. The sliding glass doors from the front and side decks provide a view of the ocean while you relax and listen to the waves crash to the shoreline. Weekly rentals are equipped with bed and bath linens (no beach towels provided) and some paper goods at no additional charge. We have a well appointed kitchen, two TVs one with DVD player one with VCR player. A washer and dryer are located in the condo. The ocean is just steps from the front door. We are just one mile from the center of town, where you will find the fun boardwalk activities, carnival rides, many shops, great restaurants, bike rentals, a marina, and nearby Carolina Beach State Park, Fort Fisher Aquarium and battleground.

The City of Wilmington, has wonderful restaurants, museums, horse drawn carriage rides, historic district trolley tours, Thalian Hall, Antique shops and much more.

Site seeing in the Cape Fear Region: Pleasure Island offers an aquarium and the Fort Fisher State Historic site. Take a ferry ride to the quaint village of Southport with its wonderful antique shops, restaurants, and the N.C. Maritime Museum. You can spend a day on Bald Head Island. Just catch the ferry over, and enjoy riding around the island in a golf cart. Enjoy lunch or dinner before returning to the mainland. At the Carolina Beach boardwalk,stop at the famous Brits Donut Shop, restaurants, carnival rides,fireworks,movies by the lake,skate park, and many more activities. Downtown Wilmington, has wonderful restaurants, shopping and historical sites.You can walk the river front, ride the river boat, visit the Railroad Museum, antique shops,historic Cotton Exchange, and the city Farmers Market . Visit the Children's Museum and the Cape Fear Museum, take a trolley or a horse and buggy ride through the city. Visit the battleship USS North Carolina, the most decorated ship of WW2, docked in the Cape Fear River.

If you enjoy the theatre, visit Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts in the City of Wilmington. A guide book of Wilmington is in our condo for your use. Tennis courts in Kure Beach just a ten minute ride from the condo.
