Among the new furniture in the large, colorful living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, 27' color TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo-CD/Cassette player, ceiling fan, adult & children books, children's videos, games and puzzles - just in case the weather keeps you inside. The main level also consists of a bright and sunny, new, fully-equipped kitchen with new counters and cabinets, lots and lots of storage space, and all-new appliances. Amenities include a microwave, a flat-top stove (electric), a self-cleaning oven (electric), a dishwasher, an extra-deep double sink with disposal, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The living room deck has a table and chairs for morning coffee, afternoon refreshments and stunning sunsets.

This place was BETTER than the listing. My husband, 3 year old daughter and I went there a few years ago and just loved the place so much. It is literally steps from the beach, they have everything you could possibly need and the area is wonderful. The only thing I missed was access to a pool, but the gulf is so warm and calm, we didn't really need it. Beautiful beach and beach home!

We stayed here August 2007. Very, very nice. Oceanfront with only vacant lot between this condo and beach. Beautiful unrestricted views. Rented mopeds and rode all over town and along coast. Had two teenagers who also had a great time. Close to stores, shopping, town of Seaside. Nice waterfront bar/restaurant about a mile away in Seaside. Beautiful beaches, not real crowded. Would highly recommend. Will stay here again.
