Come and experience the majesty of Lake Tahoe, surrounded by gorgeous mountains,forests, streams. There is so much to do and see here that it is impossible to do it in a week. We have five South Lake Tahoe Rentals to choose from, and all of our homes have either Foosball Tables or Pool Tables and Hot Tubs, plus great locations. Our homes have some of the best rents in Lake Tahoe, so please take a look at all of our homes. They include the Tahoe Ski Chalet, Skyland Retreat, Tahoe Dream Home, Black Bear Chalet and the Heavenly Ski Home. The Black Bear Chalet is a lodge-style home, with three-bedrooms/two-baths and it sleeps eight. It features an over-sized great room with a vaulted ceiling, a gorgeous used-brick fireplace, and a refreshing ceiling fan (for those hot summer days). The Foosball Table is there for hours of entertainment!! Enjoy the views from the large bay window, or the windows on each side of the fireplace that look out to conservancy land.

This home is located in South Lake Tahoe, California, which is within minutes of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Valley, Sierra at Tahoe, Kirkwood, Harrah's, Hrveys, Horizon, Caeser's and Lakeside Inn gambling casinos. The home itself is located in popular Montgomery Estates, off Pioneer Trail, which is only 5 minutes from Heavenly. The area is surrounded by National Forest and is great for hiking and mountain biking. It has a lovely neighborhood and is very peaceful and quiet.

After a long day on the slopes, washing coins in the slots, or shopping the outlets, the experience of sitting in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine or a mug of hot chocolate just can't be beat! The home is centrally located within five to seven minutes of world-class skiing, casinos, restaurants -- and, of course, beautiful Lake Tahoe. The home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, protected from traffic and tourist noise; and it's less than one block from a national forest preserve which is perfect for hiking and biking in the summer. For the avid hiker, there is a gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe from the top of the hill. On your way, you'll come to a meandering stream -- complete with falls, where the kids can enjoy water fun while the adults enjoy a picnic lunch. It's perfect for those educational nature hikes.

After a long day of sporting activities or shopping at the outlets, try relaxing in the soothing Hot Tub, or lounge on the chalet's large deck while cooking steaks on the gas barbecue. If you prefer to cook inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, etc. All you have to do is buy the food. And when the day is done, each of the 3 bedrooms have comfortably appointed beds (2 kings, 1 queen) and remote controlled televisions. You'll enjoy the sounds of nature in this truly peaceful setting and home. Try this home.

We had a very enjoyable stay at our home. Everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. The house was well supplied. We enjoyed the nice furnishings, and the good mattresses. We like the quiet neighborhood and our children had fun riding saucers right outside the front door. Durning our stay it snowed about 10 inches. It was beautiful. We look forward to staying here again.

Great house, 10-15 min from town, depending on weather. Comfy cozy, lots of room for 4 to 6 people. Property description was accurate, dissapointing that garage is not part of rental. Jacuzzi was large and nice. Owner was available for any questions we had, and provided a quick response to other emails. Would recommend anyone to stay at this property. Enjoyed ski resorts that were 10 to 1 hour away. ( We had 6 to choose from). Gambling was gambling, shows and concerts were good. Had a great time. Go and see Lake Tahoe. Daytime fun and Night time fun.

My family is the first to use this very nice and well appointed ski chalet!

We found the location to be very convenient to all the areas attractions ( ski run blvd & Ceasars). While my wife gambled the kids and I went skiing every day. We look forward to using this home again in the future.
