The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and cooking utensils. There is covered parking; and there are covered patios -- one with a ceiling fan and a barbecue (charcoal) grill. There is also a detached full bathhouse adjacent to one of the two covered patios and an outside shower. Just outside the back door you can swim, water-ski, fish, boat, or just relax around the campfire. The property has docking facilities with a boat slip and a swim platform. Kids love the 35-foot tubular water slide and diving board. Multiple decks, covered patios, and a fire pit provide great places for entertaining amidst the beautifully landscaped gardens. This river garden getaway is a great place for family celebrations and reunions, as well as small peaceful gatherings.

Also close by are a fitness center, gym, amusement parks, an outlet mall, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, and museums.
A $200-$500 security deposit is refundable (within two weeks of departure), if the property is left in acceptable condition and all rental agreements are met. There is a $100-$135 cleaning fee. The amount of the cleaning and fee and deposit depends on the number of units rented.
Payment schedule: In order to guarantee reservations dates, 50% of the total charge is due within a week of booking. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
