This new, first-class, two-story, private villa is situated in Sueno Real (Royal Dream), an exclusive oceanfront, Mediterranean-style village of exquisite beauty. Villa Maya offers 2,500 square feet of luxury and comfort, and features all-marble floors and fine wood craftsmanship throughout. The ground floor has a fully-equipped, full-size kitchen, an air-conditioned, formal dining room, an indoor living room with satellite TV and a wet bar, and an open-air palapa living room next to the private swimming pool. There is also a single person guest room with bathroom on this floor. The top floor has two king-size, air-conditioned, ocean view master bedrooms with luxury en-suite marble bathrooms, and one queen-size bedroom with a full-size, en-suite, marble bathroom.
