Uniquely located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood where you can enjoy the peace and serenity of real beach living; and have the vibrance of downtown CB within walking distance. Need beach/adventure gear? This coastal townhouse makes you want to take your shoes off and kick back as soon as you walk in(literally, there is a shoe rack right inside the front door). The interior of the home features a fully equipped kitchen containing the essentials needed for those that love to cook. Plus a coffee machine ready to brew. The dining and living room are a joined open space to lounge, watch TV, or just socialize; perfect after a long day at the beach. The backyard is a private, tropical space with patio furniture and a hammock corner under the lush trees. The garage is yours to take advantage of as well with a washer and dryer onsite as well as an outdoor sink. Upstairs the 3 bedrooms(1 King and 2 Queens) are spacious and all have views of the beautiful surroundings. The master bedroom with its balcony and luxurious bathroom (with jacuzzi tub and dual shower) will have you excited to unwind at the end of the day. The upstairs guest bathroom has a shower as well and there is a small half bath downstairs. BONUS: The balcony of the home and the nearest beach access are PRIME spots to view our the famous rocket launches.

Ready to visit again

Great location!! We could walk to the beach or relax by the river. Short walk to great food and short drive to everything else. Nick was very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great location!

What a great location, we have rented in the area before, this place is the best location, so close to beach and downtown shops, but quiet. Overall the house is great, but could use some TLC. Rusty front door, rotten porch rail, dirty couch cushions. The kitchen has basics, but could use some additional cookware pots/pans. 1/2 Master shower wasn’t working. But what a fun shower it is. Beds were on soft side and very cozy. Host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring vacation

We had an amazing time on our vacation! The house was in a perfect location for us to walk to anything we needed - beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. It was the perfect place to have a relaxing beach vacation! The host was also very helpful in providing a local area guide with lots of fun ideas for things to do.

Why they chose this property

Not only was I born in Cocoa Beach but I also grew up on the river and right by the beach. So, when it came time to buy my first house the proximity to water and downtown was top of mind. I can't be happy unless I can walk to the beach for a surf! I chose this property because it contains all the traits of the home I grew up in that made me fall in love with this little beach town and the community that surrounds it.

What makes this property unique

Not only is it Riverfront, but it is a unique type of riverfront that only a few homes in the area provide. The river access is actually just across from the driveway, in front of the home. So you get all the benefits of having a waterfront property while having a private fully fenced in backyard.
