Ground floor furnished apartment in Orem, Utah at the base of Mt. Timpanogos - clean, comfortable and inexpensive. 20 minutes from Sundance Resort. Large bedroom - sleeps 5, small bedroom - sleeps 2, kitchen, dining, living room with large screen TV, pool/ping pong table, high speed Internet, washer, dryer. Absolutely no smoking. Children are welcome. Besides Sundance, there are 6-8 other ski resorts within about an hour. Great skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, fishing and camping in the summer. Provo River for rafting and fishing. Movies, restaurants, shopping, ski rental within 10 minutes. Utah Lake and Deer Creek Reservoir 30 minutes away for boating and fishing. Horseback riding 25 minutes. Several excellent golf courses within 30 minutes. Timpanogos Cave 30 minutes, BYU and UVU 15 minutes, Salt Lake City 45 minutes, Grand Canyon 5 hours, Yellowstone and Teton National Parks 5 hours.

Beautiful area with mountain and lake views: This is a beautiful area with so much to do all year. Mt. Timpanogos is very close, Utah Lake is not far, and Deer Creek Reservoir is 30 minutes away. In the winter, skiing at Sundance Resort is 20 minutes away. Other resorts within an hour are Park City, The Canyons, Deer Valley, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. In the summer, just 15 minutes takes you up Provo Canyon to beautiful parks for picnicking, mountains for hiking, Provo River for rafting and fishing, horseback riding at Sundance and trails for biking and walking. Beautiful Bridal Veil Falls is 15 minutes away. Spectacular Stewart Falls and Timpanogos Falls are easy hikes. The Heber Creeper historic railroad and trail head to Provo River Parkway are 15 minutes away. Fun summer concerts and plays are in Park City, Sundance, Deer Valley and Orem. Great restaurants, movies and shopping are within minutes. The Freedom Festival at BYU in Provo includes first class entertainment and enormous fireworks display.

We had a mini-family reunion for a football game and to see the newest edition to our family. It was such a nice time--so affordable and yet so comfortable. We would have had to get 2 hotel rooms for the 8 of us...but this way we had a nice open place to visit and enjoy one another's company. All the comforts of home.

The owners were very accomodating and helpful. The property was clean and the location was great. I would definately recommend this place to others--I am sure we will be back.

this basement apartment was very spacious. The apartment was located in a nicer part of utah. I visit my brother in Utah once a year and i will be sure to rent this place again.

We had a very nice stay. The owners are very helpful and meet all your needs. There is a lot of space, room for the whole family. We will be back when we are in the area.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was very spacious for the two of us and could have easliy accomodated our three children had we brought them.

Hosts are great people ... very attentive to our needs.

We will definitely be staying there again when visiting the Orem / Provo / Sundance area.
