This beautiful property has deeded beach rights on the ocean (Nantucket Sound). This house is a few minute walk to the beach (400 steps). This is a 3 bedroom unit which is beautifully furnished and maintained. It offers a dining area, a living room, and a complete kitchen. The kitchen includes a microwave, gas stove, an oven, pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils. The unit has a working fireplace, cable television, gas grills, and picnic tables. And there is a great yard for the kids to play in and be safe.

The owner of this property is very personable and gave great customer service. The property is an easy walk to the beach, so it is great for families with children. The house was very clean and everything was in perfect working order. The only disappointment was the outdoor shower. It was a bit dirty, the lock was broken, and there could have been some towel hooks. The description of the property was very accurate. I would definitely go back to this property and would highly recommend it to others.
