The villa is equipped with a modern kitchen including an oven/stove and dishwasher. While retaining the style of a typical Tuscan kitchen, the kitchen is furnished with everything necessary cooking. A large dining room/living room is located off the kitchen. The living room has a beautiful Tuscan fireplace, a TV, antique furniture, and a beautiful view of the mountains and Lake Trasimeno. All rooms are tastefully furnished with Tuscan antiques purchased from local antique markets. There is also a small private chapel on the grounds that is ideal for wedding pictures. Both the kitchen and living room have double doors opening onto a large terrace -- where you can drink your morning espresso or sip your evening wine. In the morning you'll hear only the sound of the birds that populate the park.
In the afternoon you can feel the Tuscan sun while watching the butterflies as they fly from flower to flower. Evenings are best spent on the terrace with a glass of wine -- listening to the owls, while watching the sun set over the mountains and ancient Lake Trasimeno.
This private park is situated on two acres, surrounded by ancient oak trees. Your only company will be the birds and the butterflies. As you stroll through the park you'll smell the fragrance of the various flowers and herbs that grow in the gardens.
