I built this home 30 years ago after falling in love with Martha's Vineyard. It is situated on a wooded, secluded 2 1/2 acre lot in a private development. The house is a well-maintained cape style with a contemporary interior with period pieces. The main floor includes a large open fully equipped kitchen/dining area. The living room has an airy cathedral ceiling and cable television. There is a queen-sized bedroom on the ground floor and two twin bed rooms on the second floor. A twin bed converter to a King size is available. Full bathrooms are available on each floor.

The large yard lends itself to game playing or relaxing. A large deck runs along the back of the house. Great for barbecuing or cocktails at sunset.

Though private and secluded the house is within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy, post office and gourmet deli. Seth's Pond for fresh water swimming is less than a mile away. Beautiful Lambert's Cove Beach is also accessible. Excellent restaurants are nearby as well as several well known boutiques.
